In my lessons I ensure that learners leave the learning environmenthaving acquired the knowledge, I believe that teachers and learners should work together in the process ofconstructing knowledge. My lessons promote constructive learning where learners have the opportunity to learn, share ideas and engage with each other rather than me being the teacher and just sharing information with learners.
