I’m Trish, and I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning and helping others understand things better. I come from a strong academic background, and I’ve always worked hard in my studies—especially in Maths and Physical Science, where I was the top student in Mkhondo.

I’m interested in tutoring because I know how frustrating it can feel when something just doesn’t make sense, and how powerful it is when it finally clicks. I enjoy being part of that moment for someone else. Helping a student go from feeling confused to feeling confident is something that really motivates me.

Tutoring is also personal for me because I like making a positive difference in people’s lives, even in small ways. I’m patient, understanding, and I try to explain things in a way that actually makes sense—not just the way it’s written in a textbook.

At the end of the day, I don’t just want students to pass—I want them to feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.

I approach private tutoring with a strong focus on understanding each student’s individual needs and learning style. What makes me unique is my patience, structured approach, and ability to simplify challenging topics, especially in subjects that students often find difficult.

I tutor Mathematics, Physics, Accounting, and Life Sciences, and I bring both strong academic knowledge and proven results. I was recognized as the best student in Mkhondo for Mathematics and Physical Science, which reflects my deep understanding of these subjects and my ability to perform at a high level.

I am proficient in English and teach comfortably in it. I also adapt my explanations to suit each student’s level of understanding, ensuring that concepts are clear and easy to follow.

In a typical lesson, students can expect a well-structured session that includes a quick review of previous work, clear explanations of new concepts, worked examples, and guided practice. I encourage active participation and questions throughout the lesson to ensure full understanding.
