About Layma
I am someone who understands how easy it is to get caught up with hard subjects such as biology or math because I found myself struggling with them in high school. As I’ve learned more about myself, I’ve noticed that the issue wasn’t with me or the teacher but instead my learning style. Recognizing how you learn best is the turning point to truly understanding the material, and I am confident that I can recognize these patterns and make study plans to improve learning.

I offer classes for biology and math specifically algebra, both at the high school level. At times, biology or math may seem like a subject that is difficult to understand but with these immersive and creative classes you will switch from having to memorize your work to actually understanding it, making it easier for future classes. Each lesson is catered to the needs of the students, taking into account how they learn best. At the end of the day, the main priority is to understand and learn what is being taught.
