About Sara
Hi! My name is Sara. I’m a student at the University of Southampton studying Economics with Data Science. My favourite subject growing up was Maths and I hope to share that passion with you! I’m native in Japanese so I’ll be happy to teach Japanese and share my culture too. My recent hobbies are playing the electric guitar and tennis. I’m also trying to learn Italian. I hope to see you soon!

I teach 1 hour Maths lessons for GCSE and A-level students. I achieved A and A* at A-level Maths and Further Maths as well as 9 (A*) at GCSE. I aim for student-led lessons where together, the student and I will prioritise what the student wants out of tutoring and create a plan to achieve that goal. I have been an online tutor for a year in addition to teaching my younger sibling Maths for the last few years. I am patient and will not rush my students. I will make sure to take time so my student can fully understand the topic being taught.
