About Estelle
I'm Estelle, a dedicated and supportive French tutor that uses a methodical approach to help students do well on tests. My goal is to make the language understandable, logical, and confidence-boosting because I know how difficult GCSE and A-Level French can be. Whether it's improving grammar, improving speaking confidence, or preparing for tests, I'm organised, patient, and dedicated to creating lessons that are specific to each student's needs. Despite my inexperience with formal teaching, I bring a calm, professional attitude, solid topic knowledge, and strong study skills to every session. Students may expect a friendly, respectful learning atmosphere in which they are encouraged to ask questions and make mistakes, as this is how genuine progress occurs. My top focus is to help each learner gain confidence, create successful skills, and obtain the grades they need.

I focus on building confidence in French through grammar practice, speaking exercises, past papers, and simple explanations that make the language easier to understand. Lessons normally last 60 minutes, with longer sessions available during revision periods. I am an ex A-Level French student with strong subject knowledge, and while I am new to tutoring, my lessons are well-structured, supportive, and exam-focused. I work with GCSE and A-Level students of all abilities, helping them improve grammar, vocabulary, speaking skills, and exam technique.
