About Adam
My name Is Adam Janjua. I am 19 years old and have always had a passion for teaching. I am very much interested in linguistics and learning languages, and coupled with an interest in anthropology, I feel as though languages and cultures have always fascinated me. This has enabled me to want to tutor in French and in the future, in other languages when I achieve an intermediate/advanced level. My level in French is borderline intermediate-advanced, which is why I feel as though I am perfect for teaching beginners, clients who study at GCSE level as well as those who study French at A level. I shall also be studying abroad in France from September 2021-July 2022, therefore online sessions will be ideal during this period.

The initial session will consist of getting to know your level in French, and what you need help with. I will enquire about your classes, the content you learn, as well as grammar/vocabulary which relate to what you are studying. During the first session, clients will be required to take a test which I have composed, which will not only determine your level in French, but also give me an idea on your strengths and weaknesses. I will be using a combination of textbooks, my own material (i.e. tests in terms of grammar/vocabulary which relate to your current studies) alongside work that your school provides. The typical length of a session shall last one hour, but if need be, I can elongate the length of the sessions. I do not officially have any major qualifications , but I received an A* at GCSE level, an A for A level and have regularly achieved high 2:1's at an undergraduate university level. My lessons primarily target GCSE students and beginners (any age), but I can also take on some A level students. I shall be studying in France from September 2021-July 2022, so if clients do not mind online sessions, those can be carried out during this time period.
