About Luke
I’m Luke, a university student studying Economics with Finance, with a strong academic background in Maths and Physics. I understand the challenges students face when learning difficult topics, which allows me to provide patient, supportive, and personalised tutoring.
I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their understanding. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to build their confidence and problem-solving skills so they can approach exams and new challenges independently.
I am passionate about helping others succeed and take a structured, professional approach to every lesson, adapting my teaching style to suit each student’s individual needs and learning pace.

Hi, I’m Luke, a university Economics with Finance student offering GCSE Maths and Physics support. My approach focuses on building confidence, improving understanding, and helping students develop the skills needed to solve problems independently.
I tailor each lesson around the student’s current level, focusing on areas they find challenging while also strengthening their overall knowledge. My teaching style combines clear explanations, step-by-step examples, exam-style questions, and practical techniques to make difficult topics easier to understand.
Lessons are typically around 1 hour long, giving enough time to learn new concepts, practise questions, and review progress without feeling overwhelming.
I have experience supporting students with their learning and understand the importance of adapting lessons to different learning styles. My lessons are aimed at GCSE students (ages 11–16) studying Maths and Physics, whether they are looking to improve their grades, prepare for exams, or build more confidence in the subjects.
