About Samika
I am a very friendly and open person so I always hope to engage with my students and make them feel comfortable in lessons. Being a similar age and having younger siblings I feel I am able to understand and relate to my students well. I am currently studying Economics at the university of Warwick. Apart from this my interests are in art, sport, climbing and movies.

I am available to teach Maths to GCSE students. Typically a class will be an hour long but I am flexible in the timings and days during the week.
I believe improvement in studies comes from enjoying the subject. I aim to make my classes engaging such that the student gets the most out of the session and are able to study in a comfortable environment. I also believe in active learning so although I will set work I want to understand each student and their needs individually to tailor my teaching around them.
Personally I have studied Maths and Further Maths at both GCSE and A-level so I have strongs skills in the subject. Since I am currently studying Economics at university I am able to uphold my mathematical skills. I have also participated in student mentor schemes through college so have experience in tutoring students across different subjects.
