About Allison
I am an Accounting and Finance student at the University of Surrey, in Guildford. I have been a French/English/Math tutor since 2016, and have won numerous awards for poetry, academic excellence, and more. I am originally from Canada, which has a much more difficult academic system than the UK.

I base my teaching method around what the student needs to achieve. After all, everyone learns differently. I like to have an initial "taster" session to find out their likes/dislikes and fine-tune how I will approach lessons with them. For example, some learn by repetition, reading aloud, or doing grammar exercises. I find people learn best this way.
