About Ella
I am a university student studying Psychology, and have A-Levels in Mathematics (B), Biology (A) and Sociology (A*). I achieved 11 GCSE's, and achieved a B grade or higher in all of them.
I have experience assisting a year 8 student in his math classes, and helping a small class of year 7 students in a literacy program aiming to improve their reading and writing skills. I have also been an assistant teacher to five year-old children in ballet. All of these opportunities have given me valuable experience in the best way to communicate with a younger audience and keep them engaged, whilst building their confidence in the subject area.

My previous experience has involved mentoring and tutoring children aged 5/6, 11/12 and 13 years. The approach I have always taken is to listen to the individuals problems, worries or concerns, and adapted my tutoring accordingly to provide the best and most efficient help. I aim to provide engaging yet educational activities as practice is the most efficient way of improving any skill, and helping individuals feel confident on all topic areas.
