About Keely
I am about to begin my first year of university studying to become a K-12 teacher. I am passionate about allowing children and young adults to enjoy their time at school, and reduce the amount of stress that some schools, teachers and parents may put on their children. I want you to enjoy school, or at least be able to appreciate it; it flys by so fast!
I graduated high-school a few years ago, and immediately did an online course on writing, publishing and editing; while i was out an about travelling, and having a wonderful time.
I am passionate about helping people, and teaching allows me to do just that.
I have a few students that I tutor in person, but i live in a small town and would love to branch out and spread my knowledge to more students online

One to two hours is a typical lesson length, as brain breaks after tutoring is an important aspect to me. Studying for too long can mean that recall becomes slower.
I have a years worth of tutoring experience, as well as having completed a university course in writing, publishing and editing. My key techniques is working with students to edit their writing; from creative writing, to essays, and assessments. Teaching them how to relieve stress, and retain more information.
I am more driven towards high-school students, specifically years 9-12, but I am a K-12 support teacher, so any age is workable.
I want to minimise the amount of work students have to do at home, and allow them to relax- you are only young once, and I preach maintaining healthy habits and regular brain breaks
