About Katie

I have always enjoyed tutoring and teaching, and I am currently working as a teaching assistant in a college. I have experience working with students with anxiety, and provide a calm and professional environment to encourage them to achieve their full potential. I am passionate about giving my students a boost to give them the best opportunities moving forward from GCSE.

About the lesson

My lessons last 45 minutes, as I've found this is the optimal time for students to concentrate. My lessons are tailored to individual students based on a primary assessment, and we work together to make sure they achieve their full potential. I have 5 years of experience as a Maths and Biology tutor, and a BSc from the University of Southampton. My teaching style is also tailored to the individual student based on their progress and preferences. The charge includes post-session worksheets with worked solutions for each session.
