About Siara
I am a first-year science student pursuing an undergraduate degree at The University of Western Ontario. I have always had a passion for helping students reach their full potential. I have volunteered for numerous tutoring programs, and each one has left me feeling fulfilled and accomplished. I look forward to working with you all!

I will create a specifically tailored lesson plan for the students once I get an idea of the help and guidance they need. I will also make and provide printable worksheets for the students to get more practice outside of the session.
In terms of the lesson, I will explain how to understand the question/concept, work something out, and ensure understanding throughout the session.
To make the lesson more engaging, I would share my screen, and the students could see my process and methods.
Additionally, if the student needs help with homework, I would suggest scanning/sending a PDF to me before the lesson so that I can work through the problems with them.
I celebrate progress, no matter how small, to build confidence and make learning enjoyable!
