As a University psychology student, I have completed many courses about teaching, learning and their relation to mental health. I have been taught various teaching strategies and sensitive to different mental and learning difficulties. Many of those who I have guided/mentored have the confidence and skills to strive!

I am a firm believer in positive psychology, which centres learning around positive thinking, growth and mental health!
