Dr. Monica Molina possesses a unique hybrid profile, blending university teaching with professional consulting and training. *Academic Profile Dr. Molina holds a PhD with a doctoral thesis focused on cultural tourism, social sustainability, and the development of a universal accessibility measurement tool. She is a university professor, teaching subjects such as Sustainable Tourism, New Tourism Demands, Smart Cities, and Tourism Product Development. She also presents at international conferences and other universities. *Consulting Profile Dr. Molina provides professional training in sustainability, accessibility, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) for the entire tourism value chain. This includes public tourism administrations, professional associations, and tourism companies, as well as the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. She consults with international tourism destinations, developing sustainability plans and advising on their DEI strategies.
