About Anahy
I want to teach because I enjoy inspiring students and showing them that Maths and Physics can be simple, logical, and enjoyable. Completing a Master’s degree in Engineering taught me how to break complex problems down into clear, manageable steps, and I want to share these methods to help students build confidence and achieve success in their examinations.

Having recently gone through the education system myself, I have a strong understanding of students’ needs and the ever-changing requirements of GCSE and A-level courses. I know first-hand what examiners are looking for and where students often struggle. I am passionate about Maths and Physics and pride myself on explaining complex ideas in clear, simple terms, making lessons engaging and enjoyable rather than intimidating. As I am early in my engineering career, I am highly approachable and relatable, and I aim to inspire students by showing how Maths and Physics are applied in real-world engineering and problem-solving. My lessons are well-structured, exam-focused, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I emphasise building strong fundamentals, improving problem-solving techniques, and developing confidence under exam conditions through worked examples and guided practice. In addition, I am a native Spanish speaker and love helping students take an interest in learning my language. Whether the goal is exams, fluency, or confidence in speaking, I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making progress. Overall, I aim to be a supportive, motivating tutor who helps students achieve their academic goals while developing genuine understanding and confidence.
