About Roger
I've always believed that every student is capable of succeeding in science with the right support. One of the biggest challenges I see is that many students are too nervous or embarrassed to ask questions in class, so small misunderstandings gradually become bigger gaps in their learning.
As a current university student, I understand what it's like to be in their position not too long ago. My closer age means students often feel more comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace without worrying about being judged.
My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where no question is a "silly" question. I encourage students to think critically, ask as many questions as they need, and build genuine understanding rather than simply memorizing answers. I tailor each lesson to the student's learning style and focus on helping them gain confidence, improve their problem-solving skills, and enjoy learning science.
Whether a student needs extra support, wants to prepare for an upcoming assessment, or simply hopes to stay ahead in class, I'm committed to helping them reach their goals while making science feel more approachable and enjoyable.
