About Maggie
I am a University of Melbourne Commerce student and I have always been passionate about learning!
I recently completed VCE in 2025 as one of the top scoring students from my high school, in the subjects of: English, Methods, Specialist Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Accounting. I am especially strong in English, having received a perfect mark of 20/20 and a near-perfect 18/20 in the final exam.
While I am new to formal tutoring, I always loved helping out my fellow classmates with specific concepts and helping them understand the content! I have also had experience teaching dance previously, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to explain techniques clearly and patiently to others.
I understand the challenges students face and want to make learning more enjoyable and less overwhelming!
I am also comfortable understanding Mandarin and communicating with students who may benefit from occasional Mandarin support when learning English.
