My lessons are focused on making Maths clear and manageable rather than simply memorising formulae and methods. I start by identifying the topics a student is struggling with, explain the underlying concepts step by step, and then work through examples before moving on to practice and exam style questions.
I adapt each lesson to the individual student and their goals, whether they want to catch up on difficult topics, improve their problem-solving skills, prepare for an upcoming exam, or build confidence in Maths. Lesson length can also be adapted depending on the student's needs.
I am currently studying Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Manchester. Although I am new to formal tutoring, my degree gives me a strong mathematical foundation and I am patient, approachable, and happy to explain concepts in different ways until they make sense.
My lessons are primarily aimed at GCSE and IGCSE Maths students and are taught online.
