I realised creating a sense of fondness sparks curiosity in any learner and I like to use different means until I can recognise the strength/weakness of my student then focus on that while attempting to impact a personal love of learning,discipline and control. I follow the timetable and schedule steadily and ensure positive assimilation.
I believe in reward system and also that without proper rest,it may give one a form a resentment to what one is doing.
I'm a student myself and I graduated with distinction in my diploma so my methods(though not given in detail in this short bio)are proper and sure.
