First, we will determine your level of written and spoken English proficiency, and how you would like to improve it. We will review something you've written, focusing on your spelling, grammar, punctuation, organization, style and flow. Then we set out a plan to make you a better communicator, keeping in mind that the most effective communications are easy to read in plain and simple language, and well-organized to engage the reader.
