As a qualified CELTA teacher, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my teaching skills, professionalism, and passion for education to you. My teaching philosophy is centred around establishing rapport with students and ensuring that all learners are involved in the classroom. As a teacher, I prioritise developing a positive presence and manner in the classroom while monitoring learners effectively. Additionally, my strong planning skills allow me to tailor lessons to various teaching contexts and ensure that I am attentive to students’ language skills and systems. Beyond my teaching abilities, I possess a sincere passion for language and culture that I strive to infuse into my lessons and presentations. I enjoy incorporating literature and media as realia to help convey and elicit meaning from my students, which not only enhances their language skills but also fosters a more personal and engaging learning experience. By humanising the learning environment, I aim to establish a positive teacher-student relationship that is conducive to effective learning. I hold a degree and have worked previously within education. I have been teaching privates for two years now and look forward to bringing my teaching to you!
