About Max
I’m a first-year university student, and I understand how stressful it can be for high school students who are applying to university. I’ve been through the same process recently, so I know what it feels like to balance schoolwork, exams, and applications. That’s why I focus on creating a calm and supportive learning space where students can ask questions freely and feel understood. I help with SAT English, reading, and writing by breaking down each skill into clear steps and using examples that actually make sense. My goal is to make learning easier, boost confidence, and help students feel ready for the next chapter of their education.

As a tutor, I like to make learning feel simple and real. I start by seeing where the student is struggling, then we go through examples and practice together. I explain things in a way that makes sense, not just for tests but for understanding. Each lesson is built around conversation, reading, and thinking clearly. My lessons are for high school students who want to do better in SAT English, reading, and writing. What makes me different is that I teach like a mentor, sharing tips that actually help in school and in life, so students feel more confident and ready.
