About Ryan
My name is Ryan, I live in the south of England. From a young age I have excelled at mathematics. I have previously owned small software companies and see mathematics as much as a tool for creativity as for problem solving. I also have a lifelong interest in music. I began playing jazz electric guitar at a young age and have recently taught myself flamenco guitar and earned income writing electronic music and DJing at university.

I am an experienced tutor with a strong academic background in mathematics and computing. I have been teaching mathematics up to GCSE level to adult learners for 3 years, helping them build confidence and mastery in key topics. I hold a 2:1 Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol. I achieved A level grades A*AA in Physics, Maths and Computer Science, respectively. For my lessons, I use Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) targets to set goals and periodically measure performance. My lessons are 50 minutes long and I teach all ages and abilities up to GCSE level.
