About Mia
I am a student at the University of Alabama studying Public Relations. I have always enjoyed reading and writing, and I would love the opportunity to help younger students feel more confident in these areas. I am patient, responsible, organized, and comfortable working with children. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I understand that every child learns differently, and I am willing to take the time to find what works best for each student.

I am a college student at the University of Alabama offering reading and writing help for elementary school students. I want to make learning feel comfortable and encouraging, while helping each student work at their own pace. During a typical session, we can work on reading comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, writing, or homework they are struggling with. I can also help students practice reading aloud and organize their ideas when writing. I am patient, friendly, and understand that every student learns differently, so I will adjust each session based on what they need the most help with. My tutoring is best for elementary school students who need extra practice, homework help, or more confidence in reading and writing.
