About Sandilea
I have worked in a range of roles in both small and large companies of diverse backgrounds. From humble beginnings in administration and customer service to working with small business start up’s and providing operational management.
I am a trained Life Coach and also have certificates, experience and training in Business Management.
I received my Diploma in Life Coaching in from Estrada College, Sydney. Currently I am completing a BA in Psychological Sciences to further my understanding of psychology and human behaviour.

I am a Life Coach who works with individuals, executives, business owners and students to; gain clarity, motivation, understand what holds them back from achieving their goals and create a plan to achieve, increase self-awareness and provide encouragement and support. I do this through what I like to call Mindset Coaching, where we focus on the thoughts we have that lead us to our decisions and behaviours that in turn affect our actions and outcomes.
I believe that everyone can benefit from coaching if they are willing to be open and honest with themselves and their coach. We all have something that we want to achieve or obtain within our lives. I also understand that we are always learning and growing as individuals and need support and encouragement along the way.
As a coach I like to ask the hard questions and provide constructive criticisms to help my clients grow into the best versions of themselves.
