About Angel

I am currently studying Biomedical Science at university in the UK, a subject that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Mathematics has always been an important part of my academic studies, and I enjoy helping others understand challenging concepts. I want to teach GCSE Maths and Further Maths because I find it rewarding to support students in building confidence and improving their understanding of mathematics. My goal is to explain topics clearly and break down complex problems into simple steps so students can approach questions with confidence. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their mathematical skills.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach focuses on building strong understanding and confidence in GCSE Maths and Further Maths. I believe that students learn best when they understand the reasoning behind methods rather than simply memorising formulae. In my lessons, I explain concepts step by step and break down difficult topics into clear and manageable parts. I use worked examples, guided practice, and exam-style questions to help students apply what they have learnt and prepare effectively for exams.

A typical lesson usually lasts around 60 minutes. During the lesson we will review key concepts, go through examples together, and practise questions similar to those found in GCSE exams. I also help students develop problem-solving strategies, improve their exam technique, and understand how to approach more challenging questions, especially for students studying Further Maths.

I am currently studying Biomedical Science at university, which requires strong mathematical and analytical skills. I have experience helping students understand maths concepts and improving their confidence when tackling difficult topics.

My lessons are suitable for students preparing for GCSE Maths or GCSE Further Maths, including those who want to strengthen their foundations, improve their grades, or challenge themselves with higher-level topics. I welcome students with different abilities and aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
