About Taylor

Hey, I’m Taylor! I’ve studied psychology and criminology all the way through to a Master of Clinical Psychology, and I now offer one-on-one tutoring for uni students studying psych - online via Zoom. I’ve marked assignments at the undergraduate level, so I know what assessors are usually looking for and how to help you meet those expectations without the stress. I love working with students who want to build confidence -whether that’s writing assignments, understanding tricky content, or just finding a study rhythm that works. I also offer support that’s flexible, strengths-based, and neurodivergent-friendly. On top of academic help, I also provide early career guidance. If you’re feeling unsure about your next steps, I can help you explore different pathways in psychology, explain postgrad options, and figure out how your interests might align with different roles or sectors. Outside of tutoring, I’m into fitness, travel, being in nature and self-improvement.

About the lesson

My sessions are personalized, flexible, and student-led — whether you’re just starting an assignment, stuck halfway, or looking to polish your final draft. I also help with building study skills, understanding complex content, and feeling more confident in your academic journey. My approach is warm, structured, and strengths-based. I tailor each session to your learning style and pace. I'm neurodivergent-friendly and aim to make study feel less overwhelming and more manageable. I also offer early career guidance for psychology students who want help navigating their next steps. I can help with: • Assignment planning, structure, and writing • Understanding psychological concepts and theories • APA referencing and formatting • Tackling procrastination and study stress • Exploring careers in psychology and postgraduate pathways Who I support: • Undergraduate psychology students (including Honors) • Anyone looking for help understanding uni-level psych content or improving assignment quality
