Greetings students, I am a third year Dental student who’s been guided by tutors in the past to overcome challenges and reach my full potential in my studies. I encourage problem based learning and creative thinking around the subject area for students I have taught in the past. My method is to help students by:
. Getting ahead of the curve- learning content not yet covered in their syllabus
. Perfecting exam technique- through endless questions and reflecting on mistakes
. Creating mind maps- summarising key aspects of each module for revision purposes
Lessons would be an hour long, focusing on developing exam technique/teaching module content. Lessons are for KS3, GCSE and A-Level students only. UCAT, BMAT and personal statement writing for Dentistry and Medicine University applications (minimum age 16)
I attained A*A*AA in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics respectively at A-Level- so I have sufficient knowledge for GCSE and A-Level tutoring in these areas.
I have two years of private tutoring experience.
