About Szymon
Some background on myself - at a GCSE level I achieved a Grade 9 in Maths and an A* in Further Maths. For A-Levels I achieved 4 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Polish. I am now studying Financial Mathematics and Statistics at The London School of Economics. I was a Lead Tutor at a designated global maths tuition company, teaching both in person and virtual. I also have some students now whom I tutor privately.

Having worked as a Lead Tutor at a tuition centre before, I have gone through official training programmes. I use these techniques today to best help my students.
I have experience working with students from primary school up to GCSE level. Whether it be to prepare a student for an exam, help them gain a better understanding of mathematics or help them move up sets at school, I am able to help at any stage of a student’s journey. I am able to teach anyone from primary school up to a GCSE level.
My lessons typically last around an hour, but I am flexible with your demands and can recommend what I think the best approach would be given the circumstances.
At the start, I ask my students to complete a test I have prepared which covers all topics of their respective curriculum. I then create a topic sheet of what the student needs to work on the most, and we work through this sheet week by week. I use interactive worksheets to teach and can also set homework if the student and parent would like to.
