About Anna
My name is Anna and I am a student of Biochemistry at the University of Bath. I have a real passion for science that stems from great teachers who had a lot of passion that they wanted to share themselves. My academic achievements are due to hard work and diligence but it is the teachers that make a difference. I know the importance of good tutoring and how it can change your whole perspective of a subject which I hope is clear in my own tutoring. I am friendly and approachable and have extensive knowledge in Biology and Chemistry where I earned grade 9s at GCSE and an A* and A at A-Levels respectively.

My lessons are catered toward individual needs. We would usually start with a quick discussion about how the course is going and what the student may be struggling with. Lessons from that point will be tailored towards those needs but flexibility is also available if the student feels they are more confident and would like to move to another area. We will do many practice questions to test knowledge but also to make the student familiar with the exam format and this will be done in a low pressure and friendly environment. Lessons last for an hour and are targeted toward students studying Chemistry or Biology at GCSE and A-Level.
