A typical lesson with me will start off with a prior discussion with the student to determine areas of difficulty which will allow me to design a lesson specifically tailored to them. During the lesson we would do activities using active study methods such as discussion, worksheets and mini quizzes. Finally we would end with a short discussion on the topic for the day to ensure the student has understood the lesson and discuss what we will address next.
