About Hana
I am a university undergraduate currently studying BA Education, but I have always had a deep passion for the beauty and meaning of literature. I achieved strong grades in GCSE English Language and Literature and went on to study English Literature at A Level, where I discovered my love for poetry, creative writing, and literary analysis.
Beyond my studies, I run my own self-employed baking business, which has strengthened my communication, organisation, and creativity. During school, I was a Reading Mentor, supporting students who struggled with reading confidence and pronunciation. Helping them find their voice in reading and confidence in writing was incredibly rewarding and inspired my passion for teaching.
I believe every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance and encouragement, and I strive to create a supportive, engaging environment where learning English is both enjoyable and rewarding.

I have always had a genuine passion for English and enjoy exploring everything from poetry and literature to creative writing and critical thinking. I achieved strong grades in both GCSE English Language and Literature and went on to study English Literature at A Level, where I further developed my analytical and writing skills.
My aim as a tutor is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can build confidence and reach their full potential. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s individual needs. Whether you need help improving your essay writing, analysing texts, understanding literary techniques, preparing for exams, or developing your overall English skills, I am committed to making lessons engaging, enjoyable, and effective.
