About Shiya
Hi! My name's Shiya and I am a second-year student at the University of Nottingham. I enjoy reading and listening to music! I want to teach because I enjoy English and believe it’s a subject that can open up so many opportunities. I find it really rewarding to help others build confidence and realise they can do better than they thought. As a student myself, I know what it feels like to find certain topics difficult, so I want to make learning more approachable, supportive, and even enjoyable.
