About Emily
I am currently a second year student at University studying Biomedical sciences and am loving every minute of it. I have always had a passion for education specifically Biology, something which I have had a fascination with since nursery. I would love to tutor others teaching them to love education just as much as I do learning new things everyday in a way which is fun and interesting fuelling them to want to study and build upon there knowledge. From attending a Grammar school, completing the International Baccalaureate (IB) and now studying a bachelors degree at University I am equipped with lots of knowledge. I can help students build upon their knowledge with maths, English and Biology and how to develop skills to use this knowledge to tackle exam questions in order for them to reach their maximum potential. I have been tutor since April and have loved every minute of it and am excited to continue tutoring with some new students this new school year.

My sessions will be built around the student themselves as everyone has a unique learning style. I believe tutoring should be an enriching experience but also a chance for the student to have some fun with learning so at the start of my lessons I will always include a fun brain "warm-up" to do with the subject we will be studying.Each lesson will focus on something different whether that be a particular topic or skill which needs improvement and each week we will improve upon what we have learnt the week before.
