My tutoring approach is built around adaptability and connection. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—everyone learns differently, and my goal is to meet students where they are. I use a combination of visual aids, analogies, active problem-solving, and guided questioning to help students build a clear, conceptual understanding of the material. I emphasize learning why something works, not just memorizing steps.
I also believe in the philosophy of “falling forward”—mistakes aren’t failures but opportunities for deeper learning. I create a space where students feel safe to ask questions, make errors, and grow with confidence.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session begins with a quick check-in to understand where the student is at: what they're working on, what they’re struggling with, and what they hope to accomplish.
A standard lesson might include:

For test prep or upcoming assignments, I tailor the lesson entirely around the student’s materials and needs.
