Hi! I'm Emily, I am an undergraduate Public Health Sciences major at Umass Amherst with a focus in Biostatistics. I tutored kids in math while in high school during my time in the National Honor Society. I absolutely love math and love seeing kids succeed!

I helped freshmen and sophomores in high school with algebra I and II through the National Honor Society. The best way I have learned to tutor is to write out examples of whatever the problem may be and walk students through it step by step to make sure it is understood. I also think this is a great way to find out where students may be struggling and help them through that certain step of the problem.
