About Fiza
I’m thrilled to introduce myself! I’m Fija Anjum currently a 3rd-year B.A. Geography (Hons) student at Delhi University, and my passion lies in exploring the world and sharing that knowledge. I want to teach Social Science (for classes 6th to 12th) because I believe these subjects are the key to understanding our past, navigating our present, and shaping our future. Learning isn't about memorizing dates and facts; it's about seeing the fascinating connections between geography, history, and civic life. My approach centers on making learning relevant and engaging for students in classes 6th to 12th. As a 3rd-year B.A. Geography (Hons) student from DU, I bring a strong foundation in Social Science and a fresh perspective.
I use interactive discussions, real-world examples (especially geographical ones), and visual aids. A typical class begins with a quick recap, moves to new material via activity-based learning, and ends with a Q&A session.
I emphasize critical thinking and interdisciplinary connections—showing students how history, geography, and civics relate. My goal is to transform rote learning into genuine understanding. I tailor my methods to suit middle schoolers needing foundational clarity and high schoolers preparing for advanced studies.
