About Fatima
Hi, I'm Fatima and in currently an undergraduate student at UoL. I have always enjoyed English, as part of my studies at school as well as a general hobby which includes writing and exploring poetry.
I have written many poems during my role as the poet laureate for my school, one of which is displayed in the Oldham museum and gallery. I have gained many skills such as confidence and effective communication through these roles and I can't wait to carry on exploring what I love and teaching you what I love so you can also explore and find out more about your passion!!
I also enjoy reading psychological thrillers, painting and going on long walks!

My passion for English inspires me to bring out the best in students!
My approach is focused on provoking students' minds to think deeper and exploring their own original creative ideas, rather than giving them my ideas and just telling them the answers!
I believe students learn the best when they understand the concept and are given the space and time to explore their perception of different elements in English.
My approach includes a lot of questions for students, ensuring their engagement and also allowing them to enhance my knowledge aswell, because in English, there are no wrong answers, it's all about perception!
