I personally believe firstly it is very important to be a friendly guide with the students so that I can easily understand the problem of the student. Once we are clear with each other's thinking then it becomes easy to create an educational environment. I personally make the student read the whole concept first then make him/her understand that by translating then I give them exercises to perform in their own words. Because practice is most important and then I help the student to understand where he/she is lagging.
