About Imaan
Hi! I’m a student at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) with a real passion for science and helping students enjoy learning while becoming more confident in their abilities.
I believe tutoring should feel comfortable, encouraging and tailored to you. Everyone learns differently, so I take the time to understand what works best for each student and explain difficult topics in a way that feels simple and manageable.
Whether you’re looking to catch up, stay ahead or work towards your dream grades, I’m here to make learning feel a little easier — and hopefully a lot more enjoyable!

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient and tailored to each student. I focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple explanations, using examples, practice questions and active recall to make learning easier and more engaging. I also adapt lessons to suit each student’s strengths, weaknesses and learning style.
Lessons are typically 1 hour, with flexibility depending on the student’s needs.
I’m an undergraduate at Queen Mary University of London with a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. I have tutored these subjects at this level before and aim to make lessons relaxed and enjoyable while helping students build both their knowledge and confidence.
I offer tutoring for GCSE Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and Maths up to KS2, primarily for school-age students.
