About Sofia
Hi! I am Sofia Licheri, a junior at Ave Maria University who has been tutoring mathematics for over 4 years.
I love guiding students by teaching them how to solve the problems they encounter in their mathematics classes by themselves, and enjoy their proud faces at the end of the hour session! You will learn how to deeply understand the concepts learned by seeing their connection behind and what they want to achieve, you will master how to approach the questions asked, and learn the most efficient method to solving it!

I meet with students for an hour, and they bring what they are working on to me. We go through the concepts if review is needed, or we jump right in with the problems, guiding the thought process of the student (rather than just giving away the answer!) and encouraging questions and showing easier ways to solve it next time!
* Bilingual: Spanish and English
Classes include but are not limited to (middle school, high school, or college students):
SAT practice, Geometry, Statistics, Algebra I-II, Calculus I-II, Vector Calculus, Ordinary Differential Equations, and Probability.
