I have 4 years of teaching experience with students of all ages, and I am knowledgable about an extremely wide range of topics. Although I teach at home, I am professional at all times. I firmly believe that understanding concepts is more important than memorizing processes, and that's why I emphasize the "why" behind every question. My focus is forward-looking to quizzes or tests, when application problems will force you to apply your understanding. My lessons are all about YOU, with most lessons being dedicated to understanding your assigned problems. However, I am happy to prepare a lesson plan if no practice problems are provided. I specialize in Algebra and solving equations, but I have experience with kids as young as 10 to students in their last year of undergrad, and regularly teach everything.
