About Hester
I'm Hester, an undergraduate in English Literature at the University of Manchester. My aim in tutoring is to help students feel confident and build the skillsets that will allow them to voice their opinions about the texts they study! I am a fluent French speaker, and have sat foreign- and native- speaker exams at both GCSE and A-level, as well as covering GCSE content in Latin during my time at University.

I offer flexible, tailored lessons for secondary students, designed to adapt to individual schedules and communication needs. I can adapt pace and length of lessons to suit your needs, whether you want a quick booster or a two-hour session. I have over a year's experience tutoring 4+ hours per week, and understand how to build both skills and confidence.
