I do not see myself as a teacher. I am not here to award grades or judge. I am only here to help understand the subject better. It does matter how long it takes someone to understand a topic. I will ensure I go over it as many times as needed to ensure complete understanding.

I understand what it’s like to not like maths or not fully understand maths because I was once like that. I believe that every subject is easy. It’s the way the subject is taught that determines how well people understand it. I start my lessons by first getting to know my students. I evaluate what the problem is before structuring my lessons to suit the student. If it’s a foundation problem, meaning the student didn’t get to fully understand the basics and was rushed into more advanced topics, then I start by making sure the student is well grounded in the fundamentals. Everyone learns differently and at different paces, so I will give lessons based on the students learning style.
