About Jasmin
I am a freshman in an honours undergraduate biomedical sciences program. Throughout high school, I was on honour roll, a peer mentor, tutored other students, and always willing to help anyone out with concepts with which they were struggling or needed clarification. I also received honorary awards in science and English.

The goal is to help other students reach a level of understanding whereby they can explain a concept back to me with no difficulty. Usually, I first try and figure out which concept the student is specifically struggling with, and then explain it at a very basic level, progressing to more complex as the student understands. With English, I often like to explain concepts using examples. I also like recommending resources that I have used in the past to better understand material, from articles to videos to diagrams etc. if students want some supplementary resources to study.
