I am an undergraduate student in my penultimate year, whose passion for tutoring arose as a result of assisting my 3 younger brothers in their studies. I worked at different private tutoring institutes, and developed my skillset over the past year.

One of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to tailor the lessons to fit the individual's needs, strengths and weaknesses.
Another essential aspect is to provide constructive feedback that allows the student to consistently grow and improve.
Finally, setting realistic academic goals and creating a plan to achieve them is another vital aspect that a tutor needs to do for a student.
I believe one of my main strengths is my ability to communicate simple and complex ideas to enable the student to understand more clearly. I also believe that I can effectively connect with students of different backgrounds and ages to adapt to different teaching/tutoring styles to best suit their individual needs.
