About Lizzie
I am a 20 year old university student with one year left of study to complete my degree. I went to Westlake girls high school in Auckland, and the rest of my family lives up there too while Im in Wellington. Both my parents are teachers which is why I feel so inspired to go down that path myself. I lived overseas for a good 6 years in Southeast Asia, and my love for travel has always been a very prominent part of my life. On my gap year after high school I travelled Europe and visited places like Auschwitz concentration camp and the Berlin Wall, soaking up as much of the history as I could. Now after gaining a wealthy amount of historical knowledge from around the world, I feel it is necessary to spread as much of what I know, as possible.

Lessons will focus on how to critically make use of the wide range of reliable academic resources available online. I aim to encourage and help students with the process of writing research essays and academic writing in general. Knowing how to plan and research for a piece of writing effectively, is one of the most important academic skills to have at any level of study. My lessons will gain students confidence in this area.
