About Billy
I am an active professional boxer, currently undefeated with an 8–0 record, and signed to the world’s leading boxing promoter, Frank Warren. As an amateur, I competed in over 70 bouts worldwide, representing both Team GB and England across major competitions from junior level upwards. I won four national titles, including the prestigious Senior ABAs at just 18 years old, which led to my selection for Team GB. Alongside my boxing career, I have over eight years of coaching experience. I recently founded The Billy Adams Project, delivering structured boxing programmes in schools to support children facing behavioural challenges, mental health issues, or difficulties outside of education.

I specialise in helping clients get fitter, lose weight, and tone up through structured, results-driven training. My high-energy Box Fit sessions teach real boxing skills while building strength, confidence, and endurance. I also offer fun, safe kids’ boxing sessions and motivating group training suitable for all fitness levels.
