We meet via the platform Zoom at a time convenient to us both and from a starting point of what you present, we move swiftly into discovering what is actually happening and from there move forward in a more helpful direction. There will be no need to go over past distressing events in order to understand and there are no techniques to master or mantras to remember. This understanding goes straight to the heart of the issue and through gentle listening and pointing the issue dissolves and life gets better.
